Pointe Orlando Corrals PBR Cowboy Bar with Mechanical Bull – Orlando Sentinel

A bar with a mechanical riding bull that might appeal to fans of the 1980 film “Urban Cowboy” is planned for Pointe Orlando.

PBR Cowboy Bar, a country western bar branded by the Professional Bull Riders, is one of many Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is set to open at the International Drive center, which has undergone constant change in recent years.

The website for the drum bar outside of the Atlanta Braves’ Truist Park encourages patrons to “tie up for line dancing, cold beer, booze and a little bull.”

Sports & Social along with two other spots yet to be revealed will also be part of approximately 36,000 square feet of new activity, according to a press release. Specific opening dates have not been released, but what is being called a “new dining and entertainment center” is targeted for 2024.

Live outside! A place for special events, music, sports viewing and festivals is also provided.

Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar have nearly 20 locations across the country together.

PBR Cowboy Bar will include a “pro-approved” mechanical bull and multiple bars, according to the release. The channel has hosted country music bands such as Luke Bryan, Old Dominion and Justin Moore.

Sports & Social will have an “LED screen at its center that will display multiple games and sporting events at once,” the statement said. The company will also offer live music and games such as Skee-Ball, Foosball, pop-a-shot and shuffleboard.

Sports & Social will offer a weekend brunch, serving avocado toast, breakfast skillets and its “Chicken & Bliss.”
