Catch the 2022 World Cup at Bangkok’s biggest sports bar (with a free first round each match day)

Whether you are a football fanatic or not, there is no denying that the World Cup season is upon us. That’s right, the 2022 World Cup, taking place in Qatar this year, will start on November 20, with Ecuador and Qatar (literally) kicking off. The grand finale will air on December 18.

And really, where else would you want to watch the World Cup but in Bangkok’s brand new sports bar? Located inside Topgolf Megacity, Bangkok’s newest sports and entertainment venue, the two-story Topgolf Sports Bar will show multiple World Cup matches on its 550-inch (7m x 4m) central screen and the 15 HD televisions spread over the two 13-meter screens. long bar counters. With such a large main screen, it’s like watching the action live in the stadium! Speaking of stadiums, no football game is complete without great food and drink, which Topgolf has covered too. Choose from 10 beers on tap, plus good old-fashioned hearty American classics like burgers and hot dogs, to keep you energized as you cheer on your favorite team of the night.
Oh, and did we mention that each game day the first round of drinks will be courtesy of the house?

But any sports bar could just show the games, so Topgolf adds a fun little touch to set the mood and pump up the atmosphere on day one by hosting a FIFA games tournament. 16 top players will compete in an elimination-style tournament while the rest of Topgolf Sports will cheer them on and a professional FIFA player will provide live commentary. It all kicks off at 6 p.m. on November 20, followed (obviously) by the Ecuador v Qatar game (which starts at 11 p.m.).
